Shannon

This is one of my most loyal and wonderful clients/friends.  She has used me since her sweet boy was only a baby.  She brings him for every event I hold, and I have fallen in love.  He is so much fun, and there is nothing better than when I have earned a hug from him.  I love how she told her family about this session only just before it was going to happen so that they didn't have time to protest. She also is amazing at knitting, and is currently starting on a holiday sweater for my dog.  Thank you, Shannon, for being such an amazing client.  xoxo

It's so fun when you get to photograph a family that you've known since high school.  I photographed their wedding, pregnancy, newborn, one year, and now their sweet daughter's two year old portraits.  She's so lively, smart, and kept us on our toes.

Katie's Boys

Katie has more patience and grace than I could ever hope for.  I've been lucky enough to get to photograph each of her boys when they were born.  This latest addition was a pure sweetheart, and will fit right in with the rest of the clan.

Youkstetter, Bills, McVey, Avery Family

This was a fun, and very challenging session.  With a plastic bag around my camera we all braved the freezing cold and snow, and it was totally worth it.  How pretty is the falling snow?  This family also challenged me with keeping straight their blended family and who belonged to whom and all that.  They were a fantastic group of people, and I feel lucky to have gotten the chance to create these images for them.

Phoebe-1 Year Old

It's been 9 months since I've seen this little angel.  Remember her blessing pictures?  I'll tell you, it takes a special kind of clownish photographer to photograph a 1 year old.  I still have a lot of practice to do.  For the first 3 minutes, we got smiles and she stayed on the chair. After the novelty wore off, she became a typical one year old.  I'm glad we were able to capture all the many moods of Ms. Phoebe.  And I'm glad I got my exercise in for the day. :) 

Twins!!!

I can't even stand how cute these two are!  They are my darling nieces, and were only 5 days old when I took these.  They were complete angels for most of the session, and I am so lucky to have gotten to sneak some cuddles and kisses in.  I'm so happy for my brother and sister in law, who have waited so long for these little sweethearts!
